Better Education

The majority of our members learn through visual and tactile methods- something schools can’t always cater to. We want to increase our educational technology to better support our member’s educational success.

Workforce Development

We want to prepare our members for work on a modern construction site, so in 2023 we are building an indoor construction lab equipped with state of the art tools and equipment to prepare them for work.

More Support

YBLC wants to give our members the best chance at success in every aspect of their lives. That’s why we have invested in our wellness tract, which will provide our members with access to mental and emotional support.
