YouthBuild Lake County’s Transforming Futures Capital Campaign is an investment in the next generation of skilled workers. Through this campaign, we are transforming our newly purchased facility into a permanent Career Readiness and Workforce Training Hub, expanding access to hands-on training, education, and career opportunities for young people across Lake County.

What We’re Building
The Transforming Futures Campaign is creating a purpose-built workforce training center where young people can reconnect with education, gain career skills, and prepare for meaningful employment.
The expanded facility will include:
- A construction training workshop
- Expanded classrooms and training spaces
- An ADA-compliant entrance and improved security
- Integrated workforce training and career navigation services
What We Have Accomplished So Far
Thanks to early supporters of the Transforming Futures Campaign, YouthBuild Lake County has already taken major steps toward creating a permanent Workforce Hub.
Initial campaign investments made it possible to secure our new facility and complete Phase 1 renovations, transforming the space into a modern learning environment designed for opportunity.
